Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

At STATUS, we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us at STATUS Online.

If You Change Your Mind on an Online Purchase

If something isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund from our Online Store.

Simply return the item to STATUS Bondi within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of that item.  Please note: you can return the item via post/courier, or in person if you live locally.  Refunds will be issued from our Online Store via your original method of payment on the next working day (our Bondi store will not be able to issue a refund if you visit in person).

We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them, in the method in which you purchased them.  The item must be in new condition, not worn and unmarked, and must be returned with all of it's original packaging, warranty card and information booklet.

We recommend you use registered post or a reputable courier to ensure the safe delivery of your item, and to make tracing possible if necessary. Please ensure your full name and return address are on the outside of the parcel and the item is securely packaged in bubble wrap inside.

If You Change Your Mind on an In Store Purchase.

If something isn't right with a purchase you made at one of our STATUS locations, you are able to exchange the item within 14 days of purchase.

Alternatively, you may receive a Store Credit, which can be used at any STATUS store and is valid for 6 Months.

If the Goods are Faulty 

It is our aim at STATUS to provide you with exceptional customer service and that includes post-purchase service, such as repair or warranties.

Our goods may come with a product warranty and you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, as outlined by the warranty stipulated by each individual product.

We reserve the right to inspect the merchandise to ascertain whether or not the product is faulty.

Please Note:

  • There is no exchange or refund on sale items
  • In all cases, each item must be returned in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.    
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or packaging.
  • We recommend you use registered Australia Post or reputable courier so you return can be traced if needed.
  • Please ensure your full name and return address are on the outside of your parcel, and are noted inside the parcel along with your contact phone number and reason for return.
  • Please note that in the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on earrings, unless they are faulty.
  • On items sold without a warranty, any damage or faults that occur after 3 months of purchase are considered ‘wear and tear’ and STATUS is not responsible for repairing or replacing such products.
