Shopping at STATUS is simple.
+ Use the BRANDS, MEN, WOMEN or product specific links, such as WATCHES, RINGS, EARRINGS or NECKLACES to browse through the website.
+ If you know what you’re looking for, you can type directly into the search box at the top of the page.
+ Once you’ve found an item, select the colour or size you want and simply hit ‘Add to Cart’.
+ You will be taken to a summary of your cart but if you want to add more items to your bag, just hit ‘Continue Shopping’.
+ You can review the items in your Shopping Cart at any time. If you need to amend the quantity, simple select the ‘Edit’ button and make the required changes, then hit ‘Update Cart’.
+ If you change your mind, you can also delete an item from your Cart. Just click ‘Remove item’ next to the item you wish to remove.
+ If you have a discount to use, simply enter the code and hit ‘Apply Coupon’ to apply the discount. + When you are happy with your selections, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
+ If you’re an A+ STATUS Member, log into your account, access your saved personal information and continue to checkout. Alternatively, you can checkout as a ‘Guest.’
+ The Checkout will take you through to -
1) Billing Information – Customer invoice and order confirmation will be sent to this address.
2) Shipping Information – The address you want your order posted to.
3) Shipping Method – Select your method of delivery from the options or see if you are eligible for Free Shipping (over $50).
4) Payment Information – Pay using Credit Card, PayPal or A+ STATUS Points. You can split your methods of payment.
5) Order Review – Summarise your Shopping Cart before selecting ‘Place Order’.
+ Once you have selected your method of payment, follow the prompts and make sure your personal, order and payment details are correct before confirming your purchase.
+ Once we receive your order, we will send through a Customer Invoice and Order Confirmation via email.
+ REMEMBER: You are unable to cancel orders that have been confirmed so take extra care when filling out your product, personal and payment information.
