Q1. Do I need to be an A+ Loyalty Member to Shop with you?

We encourage you to sign up for an account and join our A+ Loyalty program. The benefits of having an A+ Membership account means you can enjoy the benefits that being an A+ Member bring, such as earning A+ STATUS Points every time you shop. You can also more easily track your orders, review previous purchases and create a ‘Wishlist.’ Finally, you don’t have to fill out your details every time you shop which makes browsing, purchasing and confirming as easy as 1-2-3! You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best. You can check out as a ‘Guest’ however.

Q2. How Do I Pay for my Order?

Credit card, PayPal or Loyalty Points

Debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

Q3. How Do I Change Details on my Account?

Once you have signed up, you'll be able to log into My Account anytime you want. This is where you go if you want to change your password, email address, delivery information and card details. If you haven't visited us in a while, it's worth checking My Account to make sure all your details are up to date.

Q4. I Have a Discount Code, How Do I Use It?

Make sure you type your code in the appropriate box when you check out, and hit update to apply it to your order. If it is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order at a later stage of the ordering process. Please note only one discount offer can be used per order. Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code.

Q5. Can I Amend or Cancel my Order?

For our A+ Members, there is the ability to amend an order before the final payment has been made. However, as we aim to process, confirm and send your purchase to you within 24 hours, there is no opportunity to cancel an order that has been completely processed and paid for. So please take EXTRA care when filling out your personal, product and payment information.

Q6. Wish List

When you are logged into your Account, there is the option to add an item to your Wish List. Anything added to your Wish List is stored and can be added to your Cart at a later date. Or better still you can send your Wish List to a friend and get them to buy that amazing STATUS item for you instead!
